White (one second) - occurs when:

  • You turn on the Band.

  • When the Band is connected/disconnected from the app (Leash).

  • When you reset the Band.

Blue (blinking non-stop) - will be flashing for twenty minutes if:

  • The Band's Bluetooth is on and looking to connect. If after 20 minutes it has not connected, the Band will stop trying to connect to ēllu App and will warn us with a 3 second vibration in blue. This will indicate that the connection will no longer be made automatically and the Band will need to be linked again manually.

Colours and pattern vibrations by functionality

Red (one second) occurs when:

  • When you send an SOS from the Band. Remember that a 30-second audio will immediately be recorded and sent to your Guardians. During this time, the red light will stay on at a lower intensity to indicate that the recording is in progress.

Red (non-stop blinking)

  • When you have received an SOS from one of your contacts.

White (blinking non-stop) means that:

  • You have been triggered by an Alarm, Timer or an event reminder.

Green (five seconds) - you have received a Pager, Aware or Proximity.

When your Band is charging:

  • Flashing red every 1.5 seconds - battery charged between 0 and 30% of its capacity.

  • Flashing Yellow every 1.5 seconds - battery charged between 30 and 60% of its capacity.

  • Flashing Green every 1.5 seconds - battery charged between 60 and 100% of its capacity.

  • Static Green - battery is fully charged.

If you want to check the battery level when you wear your Band, just press one of the buttons on the Band. It will vibrate and light up in red, yellow or green depending on the battery level indicated above (0-30% red, 30-60% yellow, 60-100% green).

If the battery is below 15%, the Band will flash in red once every three seconds.
