What is Leash for?

Linked alerts you with a vibration and a blue flash on your ēllu Band when both devices are disconnected, minimizing the chances of forgetting or losing your phone.

The feature is simple but very useful, especially for the forgetful, as it notifies you when you move away from your mobile device.

How can I activate Leash?

To be able to link your ēllu Band you must first have your Band. If you want to know how to order it check this article.

To activate Leash 🔗:

  1. Make sure that the bluetooth on your mobile is activated.

  2. In the bottom horizontal menu, tap the ēllu Band icon (located in the lower right corner).

  3. On your Band’s screen, click Link to connect your ēllu Band to the App.

  4. Once connected, go to the Customize section — this will open the screen where you’ll see the Leash toggle.

    • Toggle ON: activates the feature. From that moment on, if your phone and ēllu Band separate and disconnect, the Band will flash blue and vibrate to alert you.

    • Toggle OFF: deactivates the feature. If the devices separate, the Band will not vibrate or alert you.

If you have any problems connecting your ēllu Band feel free to refer to this article.

⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️

If the ēllu Band disconnects for any reason, it will attempt to find the device for 20 minutes and will be blinking blue. If after this time the Band does not manage to reconnect, it will vibrate one last time for 3 seconds to indicate that the connection will not be made automatically and that it will need to be reconnected manually.
