When you receive your Band, follow these steps:
Charge your Band: the first time it may take a while for the charging LED to light up.
Update firmware from the App
Pair your Band: make sure it is paired in order to receive vibrations.
In order to pair your ēllu Band to the App it is necessary that both your mobile phone and your ēllu Band have bluetooth activated.
How do I activate the bluetooth of ēllu Band?
Press and hold one of the ēllu Band's buttons.
The Band will vibrate once and its LED will start blinking blue.

How does ēllu Band link to the App?
Once both Band & mobile´s bluetooth are activated, in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the App's main screen, select the Band > Link.
If the mobile detects your Band, the message Add Band will appear. Click on that button and the devices will be linked.
If the mobile does not detect your ēllu Band, the message No Band will appear. If this happens, it is possibly because:
your Band does not have Bluetooth enabled. In this case, you must press and hold one of the ēllu Band's buttons until it vibrates and its LED starts blinking blue.
your mobile has not recognized it correctly, enter your phone's settings, deactivate bluetooth for a few seconds, delete the ēllu Band if it is associated and start the process again.
How can I tell if the Band is connected?
You will know that the ēllu Band is connected when from > Band > Link you access the full profile of your ēllu Band (Serial Number, Firmware Version, Bluetooth, Battery Status). If not, then the devices are not connected.
Can I use the App without the Band or do I need both for ēllu to work?
The App can be used without the ēllu Band. In fact, we have developed the application so that it can work independently of the ēllu Band in case you leave it at home and want to use ēllu services, although the way to get the most out of ēllu is by using both devices at the same time.
