If you are unable to link your Band to ēllu App, try restoring it with its initial settings, to do so:
Press and hold the left Band button for 15-20 seconds.
The Band will flash white.
Now turn on the bluetooth of your Band (by pressing either of the 2 buttons on the Band for a few seconds) so you can pair it again with your ēllu App.
The Band will vibrate once and its LED will start blinking blue.
How does ēllu Band link to the App?
Select the Band icon at the bottom of the App´s main screen:
Make sure the mobile phone's Bluetooth is connected.
Select Link.
If the mobile detects your Band, the message Add Band will appear. Click on that button and you device and the Band will be linked.
If the mobile does not detect your ēllu Band, the message No band will appear. If this happens, it is possibly because:
your Band does not have Bluetooth enabled. In this case, you must press and hold one of the ēllu Band's buttons until it vibrates and its LED starts blinking blue.
your mobile has not recognized it correctly, enter your phone's settings, deactivate bluetooth for a few seconds, delete the ēllu Band if it is associated and start the process again.
