How long does the battery last?
ēllu Band has a long-lasting battery that can last up to several weeks with intensive use, so we advise you to remember where you leave the charger.
How long does it take to charge the ēllu Band battery?
The battery has an estimated full charge time of between 2 and 4 hours. We advise you to charge it when its battery is low, to extend its life to the maximum. Once it is at 100% it will stay green without blinking.
Note: The first time you charge your Band, it will take several minutes before it starts flashing.
In what position should I place the Band and the charger to ensure that it charges correctly?
The Band and the charger were designed with magnets in each device to facilitate a perfect assembly in the charge. This ensures that the Band can never be attached to the charger incorrectly because the magnets won't stick to it.
To check that the Band is positioned correctly, make sure that the 2 metal dots on the bottom of the body of the Band are positioned on top of the charger, where you will also see two metal dots. Both the Band and the charger should connect immediately.
How can I check the battery level of the Band?
There are 2 options:
In the Band:
Simply press one of the buttons once and the Band's LED will light up to show you the battery's charge status.
Green 60 -100%.
Amber 30 -60%.
Red 30% or less.
If the battery is below 15%, the Band will flash in red once every three seconds.
In the App:
In the horizontal menu at the bottom of the main screen, select the Band icon that appears in the right margin.
Click on Link.
Select Battery and you will see the battery percentage your Band has.
