Home screen
When you open ēllu, the Map is your home screen. From here you can:
Select the Circle you want to view by tapping its name at the top.
Open the side menu by tapping the ☰ icon.
Open the Circle settings using the ⚙️ Settings icon.
View your Smart Alerts by tapping the 🔔 bell icon.
The map
On the map, you can see all the members of your Circle in real time. Tap a member's avatar to open their information card, where you can see:
The member's name.
Their approximate distance from your location.
Their device's battery level.
At the bottom of the map, you'll see the avatars of all Circle members, each with a colored status indicator showing whether they are active, location paused, and more.
Members tab
In the Members tab, you can quickly view everyone in your Circle and invite new members to join.
For each member, you can see:
Their location status (Location Updated, Location Paused, Last Updated, etc.).
Their battery level and approximate distance, when available.
From the ⋮ menu next to each member, you can:
Send a message.
Send a Pager.
View their profile.
Get directions to their location.
You can also use the Add Member button to invite new people to join your Circle.
Places tab
In the Places tab, you can create and view important locations shared with your Circle, such as Home, Work, or the Gym.
You can also manage Smart Alerts to receive notifications whenever Circle members arrive at or leave those Places.
Aware tab
In the Aware tab, you can share your journey with one or more Circle members so they can follow your trip in real time until you reach your destination.
You can also view your trip progress, see who is accompanying you, and check each participant's status.
Bottom navigation bar
At the bottom of the app, you'll find four main sections:
Maps – View the location of your Circle members.
Chats – Communicate with your Circles and contacts.
Band – Manage and sync your ēllu Band.
SOS Safety – Send SOS alerts and manage your SOS Guardians.
