ēllu chat has been created to provide a secure environment that allows our users to share texts, photos, videos, files, voice notes... in a private and encrypted ecosystem. ēllu is a safe haven where everything you say, think, or share will remain only between you and those you communicate with.
The essence of ēllu is to help you care for your circle, which is why we’ve integrated key features into the chat to make communication and circle management easier, allowing you to activate, share, and access them seamlessly without leaving the conversation.
How can I access the features integrated in the chat?
To access the ēllu features in the chat you have to:
Create a chat. Visit this article if you need help on this.
Select the icon with the ➕ at the bottom inside the chat writing box.
You will enter a bubble where you will find the 5 features: Location, Contacts, Camera, Gallery and Files.
Do I need to select the contacts first or can I activate the features from the chat with my contact?
When you activate one of the ēllu features within the chat, you don't have to select the contacts you want to share it with because automatically the feature is activated for the contact(s) (in case you are in a group chat) of the chat you are in.
How do I turn a chat into a Circle?
A chat can be turned into a Circle by tapping the map icon in the top right bar of the chat.
