How much is the delivery of the Band?
At ēllu we take care of the cost of getting your Band home for free.
What is the general time from when the customer requests the Band until it arrives at the delivery address?
Shipping times:
Peninsula (standard) - 24/48 hours
Balearic Islands - 72 hours
Where is my package?
We will send you an email when your order is on its way with a link where you can see the tracking of your package. Alternatively, you can go to My account > My orders > Order details > View tracking.
Can ēllu Band be purchased worldwide or only in Spain?
ēllu Band is currently only available in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), but when we expand our logistics services, we will be able to ship it globally.
