How can I register?
If you have not registered yet, the first thing you will have to do is create an account, in order to do this, follow these steps:
Search for ēllu | Together in every moment on Google Play or Apple Store and download the App. If you are reading this on your mobile you can also download it directly from here. Alternatively, if you are from desktop you can scan this QR code:
Enter the data required to create your account in ēllu: email and choose a password.
You can also register more quickly using social login with Google or Apple. For more information, please refer to the Download and Registration FAQ.
Enter your phone number so that we can send you the authentication code by SMS, once you receive it, enter it.
And there you are!
How do I login?
If you are already registered in ēllu and what you want is to log in, follow these steps:
Select Sign in.
Enter your email and password.
You can also log in using Google or Apple if you previously registered with one of these methods.
Can I register in the App without having ēllu Band?
Yes. We've designed the app so you can easily sign in whether or not you have your ēllu Band.
After successfully creating your profile and once inside the App, you can go to Invite friends to request it
How can I link my ēllu Band?
Once you have registered in the App, to link your ēllu Band follow these steps:
From the horizontal menu at the bottom of the App, select the ēllu Band icon.
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
Activate the Bluetooth of your ēllu Band by pressing any of the two buttons for at least 1 second. You will feel a brief vibration and you will see a blinking blue light on your ēllu Band letting you know that Bluetooth is on.
Next, select the Pair option.
Press the Add Band button.
Select the Band you want to link.
On the next screen you will see the link status.
With the Band already linked, a new screen will show you:
The number assigned to your ēllu Band.
The firmware version of your ēllu Band.
The battery status of your ēllu Band in percentages. By tapping the battery section will open a new screen detailing the percentage and battery life of your ēllu Band before needing to be charged.

Once I've logged in, do I need to log in again every time I open the App?
No. If you've registered or logged into the app, once you close it you won't need to log in again every time you reopen it. Remember that for security, you can enable biometric recognition (dropdown menu three horizontal lines > My profile, where your name and phone number appear > Account > Biometrics > Enable Fingerprint or Face ID) so it's requested when you enter the App.
You'll only need to log in again if:
You've deleted the app and reinstalled it.
A new version of the app has been released and you need to log in again to use it.
