How can I register?
If you have not registered yet, the first thing you will have to do is create an account, in order to do this, follow these steps:
Search for ELLU on Google Play or Apple Store and download the App.
Enter the data required to create your account in ēllu: name, email and choose a password.
Enter your phone number so that we can send you the authentication code by SMS, once you receive it, enter it.
And there you are!
How do I login?
If you are already registered in ēllu and what you want is to log in, follow these steps:
Select Sign in.
Enter your email and password.
Can I register in the App without having ēllu Band?
Yes. We've designed the app so you can easily sign in whether or not you have your ēllu Band.
After you have successfully created your profile, you will be able to order your Band from the App > Get Band.
How can I link my ēllu Band?
Once you have registered in the App, to link your ēllu Band follow these steps:
From the horizontal menu at the bottom of the App, select the ēllu Band icon.
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
Activate the Bluetooth of your ēllu Band by pressing any of the two buttons for at least 1 second. You will feel a brief vibration and you will see a blinking blue light on your ēllu Band letting you know that Bluetooth is on.
Next, select the Link option.
Press the Add Band button.
Select the Band you want to link.
On the next screen you will see the link status.
With the Band already linked, a new screen will show you:
The number assigned to your ēllu Band.
The firmware version of your ēllu Band.
The battery status of your ēllu Band in percentages. By tapping the battery section will open a new screen detailing the percentage and battery life of your ēllu Band before needing to be charged.

Once I have logged in, do I need to log in again every time I enter the App again?
No. If you have registered or logged in to the app, when you exit the app you will not have to log in again each time you re-enter. Remember that for security you can enable biometric recognition (three horizontal stripes menu> Settings and Privacy > Security > Enable Fingerprint or Face ID) so it will be requested when you go to enter the App.
You only need to log in again if:
You have deleted the app and reinstalled it.
A new version of the app has been shipped and you need to re-enter it.
