How do I share my location?
When you are inside the chat:
Select the icon with the ➕ at the bottom inside the chat writing box.
A bubble will open where you will find 8 features icons.
Select the yellow icon labeled as Location. Choose from the 2 options presented:
Share Current Location.
Share Live Location [ 15 mins | 1 hour | 8 hours ]
To ensure your location is shared correctly, remember to check that you have a GPS signal and that it is enabled on your device.
Can I choose how long I share my location with others?
Of course. You can decide how long you want to share your location with your contacts in the chat or chat group in which you have launched the feature, both for static and real-time location sharing.
Share Current Location and Share Live Location: Press and hold the shared feature on the avatar that appears within the chat and select Remove for yourself or Remove for everyone.
Share Live Location: the feature will end when the time selected by you runs out, so, in addition to option 1 above, you can enter the avatar that appears in the chat, select Finish to stop sharing it with your contacts in the chat.
