It is possible that if you do not receive push notifications it is due to a configuration of your cell phone settings.
We explain how to configure notifications depending on your operating system.
For iOS
Go to Settings > Ellu Chat > Notifications > Allow.
If you want to ensure you receive important notifications even when your phone is on silent or Do Not Disturb, check out how to enable critical alerts.
For Android
Go to Settings > Notifications & Control Center > App notifications > Ellu > Allow notifications.
