If you originally signed up using Google or Apple, your account does not have a password associated with it.
For this reason, even if you enter your email, signing in with a password will not work.
In this case, you need to sign in using the same method you used when you registered.
I don’t remember how I signed up, what can I do?
If you don’t remember whether you signed up with email, Google, or Apple, try the following:
Try signing in with Google if you’re using an Android device.
Try signing in with Apple if you’re using an iPhone.
In many cases, the issue happens because you’re trying to sign in using a different method than the one you used during registration.
I signed up with Apple – is there anything I should know?
If you signed up with Apple, you may have chosen the Hide My Email option. This generates a random email (for example, xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com).
Solution: Check your iPhone settings:
Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID
There you can see if you are sharing your real email or a private one, and make sure to use the correct method when signing in to the app.
