What is Leash for?
Connection Alerts let you know when your ēllu Band and your phone have disconnected, minimizing the chance of forgetting or losing your phone.
The feature is simple, but very useful, especially if you're a bit absent-minded, since it alerts you when you move away from your mobile device.
How do I turn on Connection Alerts?
To link your ēllu Band, you first need to have your Band. If you want to know how to get one, check out this article.
To turn on Connection Alerts🔗:
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
In the bottom menu bar, tap the Band icon (your Band must already be connected).
Go to Settings > Customize vibrations > Connection alerts.
Turn on the switch and choose how you want to be notified when the Band disconnects from your phone:
Enabled: notifies with vibrations and LED.
Disabled: notifies with LED only, no vibrations.
If you have any trouble connecting your ēllu Band, feel free to check out this article.
⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️
If the ēllu Band disconnects for any reason, it will attempt to find the device for 20 minutes and will be blinking blue. If after this time the Band does not manage to reconnect, it will vibrate one last time for 3 seconds to indicate that the connection will not be made automatically and that it will need to be reconnected manually.
