Firmware is the software that controls the internal functioning of the ēllu Band. Keeping the firmware updated is essential to ensure your Band operates optimally and benefits from new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes that come with each new version.

How to update the ēllu Band's firmware when a new version is available?

On the main screen of the app, select the Band icon located on the horizontal menu at the bottom.

In the menu, select the Update Band option.

Once the update is complete, select Continue to confirm.

If my ēllu Band is not working, can I restore it to its initial state?

Yes, if your ēllu Band is not working correctly, it may not be properly calibrated. To restore it to its default settings:

Press and hold both buttons on the ēllu Band for 20 seconds.

The Band will vibrate once, and a white light will turn on, indicating it has been restored to its original configuration.
