What is the purpose of archiving a chat or group?

The archive chat function in ēllu allows you to keep your chat feed organized without losing any important conversations. By archiving a chat, you can temporarily mute a chat or group, hiding it from your main chat list without deleting it. Archived chats won’t send you notifications, but they remain accessible, so you can return to them whenever you need to.

  1. Archive a chat:

    • Long-press the ēllu logo at the top of the screen.

    • A folder called Archived Chats will appear.
