I can’t log in with my email and password, why?

Learn the most common reasons why you may not be able to log in and how to fix them.

If you can’t log in using your email and password, there may be several reasons:

1. Incorrect email or password
Make sure you entered your email and password correctly. Also check that Caps Lock is not enabled.

2. Forgot your password
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it using these steps:

  • Select Log in.

  • Tap Forgot your password?

  • Enter your phone number and tap Next.

  • You will receive a confirmation code via SMS.

  • Enter the code and choose a new password.

  • Log in with your email and the new password.

3. Social login (Google or Apple)
If you signed up using Google or Apple ID, your ēllu account does not have a password. That’s why email and password login won’t work. Use the same social login method you used to register.

4. Email typo
Check that your email is spelled correctly and that it’s the same one used to create your ēllu account.

5. Temporary connection issues
Make sure your device has an internet connection and try logging in again.
