How to change my password if I am logged in the app
Select the dropdown menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the screen.
In the side menu, select My profile (where your name and phone number appear).
Go into Account.
Tap Change password.
You'll receive an authentication code via SMS that you'll need to enter.
Enter that authentication code.
Enter your new password.
Confirm your new password.
Important: If you registered using Social Login (for example, with Google or Apple ID), you will not be able to change your password in the app, as your account does not have a password assigned.
How to reset my password if I can't log in
If you have forgotten your password, to reset it you have to:
Select Login.
Click on Forgot password?
Enter your phone number and select Next.
You will receive a confirmation code via SMS.
Enter that confirmation code.
Choose your new password and confirm the new password.
Log in with your email and your new password.
How to activate the fingerprint or Face ID in ēllu App
Select your profile icon at the top left of the screen.
Select the dropdown menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the screen.
In the side menu, select My profile (where your name and phone number appear).
Go into Account.
Tap Biometrics.
Choose whether you want to enable Fingerprint or Face ID.
