To access the basic operational functions of the chat, simply:
Select the text of interest within the chat.
Click on the bubble of that text and hold it down until the options appear at the top for:
Send as Pager: select the hand in the green circle. 👋
Copy: select the two squares
Reply: select the arrow pointing to the left ⬅️
Delete: select the trash can icon 🗑️
Forward: select the arrow pointing to the right ➡️
To access additional chat operational functions such as mute, block, report, delete chat, etc., follow these steps:
On the chat screen, at the top right you will see an icon composed of 3 consecutive vertical dots. Click on it.
The first options you will see:
Files, Links and Docs.
Search.
Mute notifications
More...
Under More... you will find:
On Android: Report, Block (available for individual conversations), Clear Chat, and Export Chat.
On iOS: Report and Delete Chat.
