Where can I find the chat to contact you?
Select the drop-down menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the screen.
In the drop-down menu, select Chat with us.
Send us a message as detailed as possible and in case you have a problem it will help us if you send us a video or screenshot to reproduce the error.
